Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available.
Shipping time Because Brisky Brush products are fulfilled through our supplier network, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods (e.g., holidays).
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item (see our Return and Refund Policy).
International orders / customs If you are ordering from outside the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees or included in the item price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or stolen packages We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows an issue before delivery is confirmed, contact us at customersupport300@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to assist in redirecting a shipment if the carrier allows it.
